About

“Anytime you’re bringing a personal injury case it’s always a David versus Goliath battle. When big corporations go up against individuals it’s an uneven playing field. My work levels the playing fields to get my clients maximum compensation and help them get joy and happiness back in their life. That is why my work is so fulfilling for me. It is why I love what I do. I wouldn’t do anything else.”

Carolyn is unique in the field of personal injury law because she is an attorney and an engineer. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and was inducted into the National Chemical Engineering Honor Society as a result of her academic excellence.

As Carolyn’s engineering career progressed, she continued her education and obtained her Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. She understands the economic damages caused by your injury. Knowing the full financial ramifications of a serious accident enables her to tenaciously advocate for your optimal restitution.

Eventually, Carolyn made the purposeful decision to leave her engineering career and pursue law school full-time. She graduated third in her class from the University of Toledo School Of Law.

Passionate, compassionate, relentless, and prepared describe Carolyn’s approach to her practice of injury law. As the founder and chief litigator of Legally Pink Law, Carolyn personally oversees every case that comes into the office. Helping people who have been taken advantage of by insurance companies and unscrupulous businesses is her primary motivation as a personal injury attorney.

Why an Engineering Background Makes a Difference in Injury Law

Carolyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering prior to becoming an attorney. The training she received as an engineer gives her a unique advantage as an injury attorney and sets her apart from her peers. Understanding the mechanics of physical reaction impacts can be a huge advantage in an injury lawsuit. Having the ability to quantify the velocity and angles of impact can make the difference of who is at fault and how physical damage is assessed. This knowledge can influence the amount of a settlement or the outcome of a verdict.
